Shruti Telang

Shruti Telang is an experienced data scientist currently working at Southwest Airlines since November 2024. Previously served as a Data Science Analyst at Mutatio, Inc., where important research on GenAI use cases for customer projects was conducted, and the integration of Salesforce cloud for improved analytics was achieved. At CREWASIS, Shruti utilized advanced data mining techniques with LLMs and clustering methods, delivering significant product appeal growth across multiple clients. An academic background includes a Master of Science in Data Analytics Engineering from Northeastern University and a Bachelor of Engineering in Computer Engineering from the University of Mumbai.
