Sue Pontarelli has extensive experience in customer service and training within the aviation and public service sectors. Currently serving as the 311 Contact Center Manager and Police Service Desk Supervisor at the City of Evanston Police Department since January 2006, Sue developed and launched a 311 Center and oversees a team of over 25 personnel. Additionally, Sue has worked as a Flight Attendant for 25 years, with roles at American Airlines from March 1989 to May 2013, and currently at Southwest Airlines since September 2022. Throughout this aviation career, Sue has been responsible for training Flight Attendants in safety protocols, medical emergencies, and FAA compliance. Sue's educational background includes studies at Oakton College.
