Margaret Zukie has extensive experience in the culinary field, currently serving as both the Cook and Manager at Bistro since January 2019, where responsibilities include managing inventory and catering operations. Additionally, Margaret has held managerial positions at Tres Trio and SFE- Southwest Foodservice Excellence since July and May 2017, respectively, overseeing a staff of nine while ensuring high standards of excellence in food service for children and staff. Margaret holds an Associate's degree in Culinary Arts/Chef Training from Estrella Mountain Community College, completed between 2017 and 2019, and also attended Queen Voc from 1978 to 1982.
