Roger Hooker has been with Southwest Research Institute since April 2005, holding various technical advisor and program manager titles. Prior to that, Roger worked at Northrop Grumman Mission Systems as a systems engineering manager. Roger also served in the USAF for 20 years, focusing on Air Force Manpower Management. Roger holds a Master of Science in Electrical Engineering from St. Mary's University, a Master of Science in Computer Science from the same university, and a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science from Texas Lutheran University.
