Tracy Becker began their work experience in 2010 as a Graduate Research Assistant at the University of Central Florida. Tracy then joined Southwest Research Institute in 2016 as a Postdoctoral Researcher, later becoming a Research Scientist in 2018. Currently, they hold the role of Group Lead R&D at Southwest Research Institute, leading the Remote Sensing Observers group within the Planetary Science section of the Space Science & Engineering division. Tracy is also a co-investigator on NASA's Europa Clipper mission and their research focus includes asteroids, Jupiter's moons, and Saturn's rings.
Tracy Becker completed their education with a Ph.D. in Physics - Planetary Science from the University of Central Florida in the years 2010 to 2016. Prior to that, they earned a Bachelor's degree in Astrophysics from Lehigh University from 2005 to 2010.
