Read Boles

Read Boles has held various leadership roles throughout their career. Read served as President of Southwest Shipyard, LP since 2013. Prior to this, they were the President of Texas Tamale Company in 1992 and held the role of Owner at Scarab Trading in 1994. Boles also served as President at Mincron from 2004 to 2006 and as a Board Member at Durand-Wayland, Inc. since 2005. Read began their career as an Engagement Manager at McKinsey and Company in 1979.

Read Boles completed a Bachelor of Arts in Economics at UC Santa Barbara from 1972 to 1976. Following this, they pursued a Master of Business Administration (MBA) at Harvard Business School from 1977 to 1979.
