David Bert

David Bert, P.E. is currently the Vice President - Health, Safety, Environmental and Regulatory at Southwestern Energy. Prior to this, David served as a Vice President at Chesapeake Energy and held various leadership roles in the drilling and completions sector at BP America. With a background in Mechanical Engineering and a Master's in Petroleum Engineering, David has extensive experience in the oil and gas industry, overseeing drilling operations, P&L responsibilities, and well engineering projects. Additionally, David has contributed to the engineering field as a consulting petroleum engineer and served as a non-profit Board Member at the University of Oklahoma Gallogly College of Engineering and the Boy Scouts of America Last Frontier Council.
