Potts Laurie

Laurie Potts has extensive work experience in the field of childhood education. Potts served as the Childhood Education Director at Southwestern Oregon Community College, where they oversaw an NAEYC Accredited Associate Degree program and an accredited preschool. Laurie held this role from 1997 to 2011. Prior to that, they worked at South Coast Head Start as an Education Specialist, Supervisor, Area Manager, Teacher, and Home Visitor for over a decade, from 1987 to 1999.

Potts Laurie obtained a Master's degree in Human Development with specializations in Leadership in Education and Human Services from Pacific Oaks College, attending from 2000 to 2002.
