Randy Dickinson has a diverse range of work experience in various engineering roles. Randy started their career as an Electrical Designer at Bath Iron Works in 1994. Randy then moved on to Maine Display Products, Inc. in 1995, where they worked as a Mechanical Engineer. In 1997, they joined Thermo Fisher Scientific as a Mechanical Engineer and gradually moved up to become a Senior Mechanical Engineer, Research Engineer, and eventually the Mechanical Engineering Manager. In this role, they managed a team of 10 engineers and an external design partner in India. In 2015, they joined Southworth as the Sr. Director of Engineering, where they led a department of 23+ engineers and was responsible for day-to-day operations, strategic planning, and executing initiatives both domestically and globally. Randy is currently serving as the Chief Operating Officer at Southworth, although the specific start and end dates are not provided.
Randy Dickinson received their Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Maine at Orono between 1989 and 1993. Later, between 2001 and 2005, they pursued their Master of Science (M.S.) degree in Mechanical Engineering from the University of New Hampshire.
