Sarah Mortenson

Sarah Mortenson is the Head of Customised Solutions at Sova Assessment. Sarah has over fifteen years' experience working as a consultant in the fields of occupational psychology and psychometrics.

Sarah started their career as a Managing Consultant at Capp & Co Ltd, before moving to Kenexa in February 2006, where they worked as a Consultant for four years. In September 2010, Sarah joined Cubiks as a Principal Consultant, where they managed the development of various bespoke solutions, including the development of situation judgement tests and personality assessments for clients such as the UK's leading pharmaceutical and healthcare retailer. Sarah also had global ownership of the PAPI 3 rollout, including presentations to audiences in multiple countries, global training delivery and academic supporting papers.

In December 2014, Sarah left Cubiks to join Lee Hecht Harrison Penna as a Principal Consultant Occupational Psychologist. Sarah spent three years at Lee Hecht Harrison Penna before moving to their current role at Sova Assessment in January 2018.

Sarah Mortenson has a Masters in Occupational Psychology from Goldsmiths, University of London and a BSc in Mathematics and Psychology from the University of Reading.
