Will Goggin

Will Goggin is an experienced sales and account management professional with a background in talent measurement solutions. Currently serving as Regional Sales Manager and previously as Account Director at Sova Assessment since January 2022, Will has demonstrated expertise in client onboarding and implementation as an L&D Solution Expert at eloomi from September 2020 to January 2022. Prior experience includes roles at SHL as Account Manager and Business Development Manager from January 2017 to September 2020, where insights on talent assessment were provided to business leaders, and as a Business Development Specialist at CEB for a brief period in 2016. Will began the career journey as a bartender at Whitbread in 2015 and holds a degree in Psychology from Bournemouth University, completed in 2016.
