Lara Couturier

Lara Couturier is currently working as a Principal at Sova since June 2022. Prior to this, she founded Couturier Consulting in October 2021 and held the position of Founder and Principal. She has a background in higher education consulting, having worked as a Principal at HCM Strategists from February 2016 to October 2021. Lara has also served as a Program Director at Jobs for the Future, focusing on initiatives such as Achieving the Dream, Developmental Education Initiative, and Completion by Design. With a strong academic background, Lara pursued a PhD in History at Brown University along with a MA, and also holds a MEd in Administration and Social Policy from Harvard Graduate School of Education. Her diverse experience includes roles such as Marketing Manager at Andersen Consulting and Consultant in higher education research, writing, publications, and evaluations.
