Andrew Cooper

Andrew Cooper has a diverse work experience in the housing industry. Currently, they hold the position of Head of Partnerships and Funding at Sovereign Housing Association. Prior to that, they served as the Head of Business Development and Fundraising at the same company. Before joining Sovereign, Andrew worked at Clarion Housing Group as a Neighbourhood Investment Manager. Andrew also gained experience at Affinity Sutton as a Neighbourhood Investment Manager and at William Sutton Homes/Affinity Sutton as a Regional Community Investment Officer. Earlier in their career, Andrew worked at Cannock Chase Council as a Housing Strategy Officer.

Andrew Cooper attended the University of Birmingham from 1997 to 2000, where they earned a BA Hons degree in Modern History & Political Science. Andrew then went on to enroll at Edge Hill University from 2002 to 2003, obtaining a Postgraduate Certificate of Education specializing in History with Citizenship.
