Eldar Khasanov

Eldar Khasanov is the HR Director at Soveren. Eldar has over 20 years of experience in the human resources field. Eldar has worked in a variety of industries, including IT, back office, and mass recruitment with hiring agencies. In their current position, they are responsible for all hiring in the company. Eldar has also managed and developed geographically distributed teams of up to 12 people.

Eldar has a proven track record of success in improving and streamlining hiring and onboarding processes. Eldar has also implemented general hiring and onboarding analytics and reports. Additionally, they have redesigned KPIs and the system of recruiters' bonuses. Eldar has also conducted training sessions for hiring managers about conducting interviews, giving feedback, and interacting efficiently with the recruitment team.

Eldar is passionate about making the onboarding process for new employees as smooth as possible. To that end, they have created an onboarding roadmap for new employees in cooperation with their recruitment team. Eldar has also updated and added current and new forms to the corporate portal, including hiring request, tasks for probation period, recruiter's and hiring manager's work assessment lists, exit-interview, etc.

In addition to their work in streamlining the onboarding process, Eldar has also developed and launched a pilot project called "Experience Swap" between company departments. Eldar is also working on a project to automate performance review for the IT department (the pilot of which was successfully launched and tested).

Eldar Khasanov has a Master of Management from Moscow State Technological University "Stankin" in Human Resources Management and Services. Eldar also has a Bachelor of Management from the same school in Human Resources Management and Services.

Their manager is Andrew Zhulin, Founder & Co-CEO. They work with Yanis Kalninsh - Head of Design Department, Dennis Linnik - CTO, and Irina Bodrikova - Finance Manager.
