Hao Ha

Hao Ha has a diverse range of work experience in various roles and industries. Starting in 2011, Hao worked as a Project Manager and Application Manager at Honda Vietnam Company Limited, where they provided consulting services and implemented new systems for operating departments.

In 2016, Hao joined Nexttech Group of Technopreneurs as a Senior Information Technology Business Analyst. They were responsible for defining user and business requirements, creating flowcharts and prototypes, and collaborating with development and testing teams. Hao also took on the role of BAQA Department Manager, overseeing a team of 16 employees and managing their workload.

Hao then moved on to work at VNPT IT as a Senior IT Business Analyst, where they played a key role in defining and clarifying client and business requirements for various projects. They also collaborated with development and testing teams and created user guide documents.

In 2017, Hao joined Viettel Digital as a Senior IT Business Analyst, focusing on government and state unit projects. They defined requirements, created flowcharts and prototypes, and supported the implementation process.

Hao then worked at Be Group as a Product Manager from 2018 to 2019, where they were responsible for managing products and their development.

In 2019, Hao joined a US-based tech startup company as a Senior Product Manager, overseeing product development and management.

Most recently, Hao joined Igloo in 2022 as a Product Manager, where they continue to bring their experience and skills to product management.

Hao Ha holds a Master of Technology in Management Information Systems from Vietnam National University, Hanoi. Hao obtained this degree, though the exact start and end years are not specified. Prior to their Master's degree, Hao Ha obtained a Bachelor's degree in Management Information Systems from the University of Economic and Law (UEL), VNU HCMC, from 2006 to 2010. Additionally, Hao Ha has obtained several certifications, including Advance Business Analyst from Công ty cổ phần đào tạo và tư vấn BAC, Customer Relationship Expert from Maritime Bank (obtained in October 2010), Professional Banking from Economics and Law University (obtained in September 2008), and Professional Accounting from HCM University of Economics (obtained in January 2008).
