Prior to their roles in the education industry, Ta'Darrell served as a Business Development Lead at Jhana, contributing to prospecting and sales strategies. Ta'Darrell also worked as a Teacher/Academic Mentor at the Oakland Leaf Foundation, where they created engaging curriculum and facilitated youth development programs.

Earlier in their career, Ta'Darrell worked as a School Instructor at Piedmont Elementary School, where they developed age-appropriate curriculum and provided academic support to students. Ta'Darrell also served as a Gymnasium Coordinator at the Boys and Girls Clubs of America, organizing recreational activities and promoting healthy habits.

Throughout their career, Ta'Darrell has demonstrated expertise in partnership development, sales, curriculum development, and youth engagement.

Ta'Darrell Randolph completed an Associate of Arts degree in Social and Behavioral Science from Merritt College from 2007 to 2009. Afterward, they pursued a bachelor's degree in Radio, Television & Film Production from Howard University, specializing in Communication and Media Studies, from 2009 to 2012.
