Ron Spears is the current CRO (Revenue and Sales) at ALFI. Prior to joining ALFI, Ron held various sales leadership positions at Firefly, Modern Luxury, Vector Media, and Tribune Publishing Company. Ron has a proven track record of driving revenue growth and building successful sales teams. Ron is a strategic thinker with the ability to develop and execute creative sales solutions. Ron is a motivated leader who inspires others to achieve success.

TBD - Call Center (Sales), TBD - Vice President Marketing ((This role may be an unnecessary layer at this point), and TBD - Vice President National Sales report to Ron Spears. They are on a team with Charles Pereira - CTO (Information Technology), TBD - COO (Operations), and Suzy Rice - Executive Administrator. Their manager is Peter Bordes, Interim CEO.
