Shilpa Ranjan

Shilpa Ranjan serves as Vice President Finance at SP Data Digital since October 2023, providing financial oversight and driving profitable growth. Previously, Shilpa held the role of Senior Director Finance at LifeWorks (acquired by TELUS Health) from July 2021 to August 2023, where strategic financial leadership was provided for the global Retirement and Benefit Solutions line of business. Prior experience includes serving as Finance Director and Senior Finance Manager at Aon from April 2012 to July 2021, leading business planning and performance measurement. Shilpa's career began with a role as Manager of Financial Planning & Analysis at Bank of Montreal, after completing the Accelerated Career Track Program at Manulife. Additional roles were held at Direct Energy and Indian Oil Corp Limited. Shilpa possesses a CPA designation from Chartered Professional Accountants of Canada and an MBA in Finance from the University of Toronto's Rotman School of Management, along with a BTech in Materials & Metallurgical Engineering from the Indian Institute of Technology, Kanpur.
