Sourav Das

Sourav Das has extensive experience in the ESG research and data sector, currently serving as an Assistant Manager and Team Lead at S&P Global since July 2022. Prior to this role, Sourav was with ICRA Analytics Ltd from March 2012 to July 2022, where key contributions included founding a 150-member team focused on ESG data, managing workflows, developing automation tools, and providing MIS reporting. Sourav has held various positions, including Deputy Manager and Principal Analyst, with responsibilities encompassing team building, client interaction, training, and process improvement. Earlier career experience includes a position as Sales Manager at HDFC Bank and a summer internship in realty. Educational qualifications include a Postgraduate Degree in Finance and Marketing from Globsyn Business School and a B.Com(h) from S.A. Jaipuria College.
