Tracey Bookall is currently the VP of Global Customer Care at S&P Global Market Intelligence. Prior to this, Tracey held the position of Executive Director, Global Customer Care at IHS Markit and Markit where Tracey also served as a Director and Team Lead. With a background in Global Support Management from their time at Thomson Reuters, Tracey earned their Bachelor of Arts in Communication and Media Studies from The College of New Rochelle.
