Malay Krishna

Malay Krishna serves as the Editor-in-chief of Management Practice Insights since April 2023 and has been a Professor at SP Jain Institute of Management & Research (SPJIMR) since April 2011, with interests in Strategy, Service, and Marketing. Prior experience includes roles as Senior Vice President at PNC, where responsibilities encompassed Strategic Marketing Research and Competitive Intelligence from October 2003 to March 2011, and as an Associate at both McKinsey & Company from September 2000 to August 2003 and Citibank N. A. from May 1995 to August 1999. Academic qualifications include an MBA in Business Management from Vanderbilt University, obtained between 1998 and 2000, and an Integrated MTech in Biotechnology from the Indian Institute of Technology, Delhi, completed in May 1995. Early education was completed at St. Xavier's School, Delhi.
