Gary Cobb

Gary Cobb is a Senior Military Operations Analyst at Systems Planning and Analysis, Inc. Gary served in the United States Marine Corps for nearly 30 years, ultimately retiring with the rank of LtCol. During their time in the USMC, Gary was trained as a rifleman and held leadership roles. Gary holds a Bachelor of Science in Criminal Justice/Law Enforcement Administration from Jacksonville State University and a Master of Military Studies from Marine Corps University.
