Steven McKinney

Steven McKinney is currently working at Systems Planning & Analysis as the Deputy Group Lead and Operations Research Analyst. Prior to this, Steven was a Senior Intelligence Analyst at Metron, Inc. ORCA Division. With a background in the US Navy, Steven held various roles such as Ship's Intelligence Officer, Operations Officer, and Assistant Officer in Charge. Steven also served as a Lieutenant Detective at the Mitchell County Sheriff's Department, specializing in narcotics enforcement. Steven holds a Master of Business Administration from Naval Postgraduate School, a Bachelor of Science from Milligan College, and a Certificate in Joint Professional Military Education from U.S. Naval War College.
