J.d. Mateus

J.D. Mateus has extensive experience in program management and intelligence operations, currently serving as Deputy Group Lead and previously as Lead Program Manager and Senior Program Manager/Operations Lead at STR since April 2020. Prior experience includes roles as an Intelligence Officer at the Central Intelligence Agency from July 2014 to April 2020 and as a Senior Research Assistant at the United States Congress Joint Economic Committee from June 2012 to July 2014. J.D. began a career in research as a Research Assistant at Brown University from June 2008 to August 2010. J.D. holds a Master of Arts in International Relations and Affairs from American University School of International Service (2010-2012) and a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from Providence College (2004-2008), having completed secondary education at Bishop Stang High School (2000-2004).
