Mariam Tavartkiladze

Mariam Tavartkiladze began their career in 2008 at New Energy Georgia, where they worked as an Administrative Assistant and later as an HR Specialist until 2013. Mariam then joined EVEX Medical Corporation as a Personnel Administrative Coordinator. In 2014, Mariam became the Chief Adviser in the HR Department at the Administration of the President of Georgia. From 2018 to 2020, they worked as a Human Resources Specialist at PASHA Bank in Georgia. Mariam then transitioned to the role of Talent Attraction & Development Manager before becoming a Data Analyst - Report Developer at the same company. In 2021, Mariam took on the role of Freelance Consultant at Insource, Staffing/Research/Advisory before joining Space Neobank as a Data Engineer in 2022.

Mariam Tavartkiladze pursued their education at Tbilisi State University from 2007 to 2012. During this time, they obtained a Bachelor's degree in Industrial and Organizational Psychology.
