Larisza Krista

Research Scientist at Space Science Institute

Larisza Krista is a highly experienced research scientist and academic, currently serving as a Research Scientist III and Associate Professor at the University of Colorado Boulder, as well as a Research Scientist at the Space Science Institute since August 2019. With a strong background in solar physics, Larisza has held a position as a Solar Physicist at NOAA's National Centers for Environmental Information since 2011 and was a long-term visitor at the High Altitude Observatory until 2020. Education includes a Ph.D. in Solar Physics from Trinity College Dublin and a Master's Degree in Astrophysics from Eötvös Loránd University, where Larisza also completed a Bachelor's Degree and was an Erasmus scholar at The University of Sheffield.
