Serhiy Melnyk

Serhiy Melnyk has worked in a variety of roles in the IT field since 2012. Serhiy began their career as a System Network Administrator at the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine in 2012. In 2014, they moved to the same organization as a System Administrator and Network Administrator. From 2015 to 2020, they worked as a Security Administrator and System Administrator at the National Police of Ukraine. During 2020, they held two positions simultaneously, System Administrator at Ipay.ua and System Administrator at Derzhavne pidpryiemstvo Informatsiine tekhnolohii. Currently, they are a Senior System Administrator/DevOps Engineer at SpaceQuant | Technology for CRE Deal Origination & Asset Management.

Serhiy Melnyk has a Specialist degree in Computer Systems and Networks from Kiev University "Ukraine" which they obtained between 2008 and 2010. Serhiy has also completed several courses from FastLane, including Implementing Cisco Network Security, Implamenting Cisco Thteat Control Solutions (SITCS), Security whith Cisco Email Security Appliance, Implementing Cisco Network Devices, Part 1 and Part 2, and IITILF: ITIL Foundation. Additionally, they have completed two courses in Modern CyberSecurity from Cyber Academy and ISSP Traning Centre.
