Alamjit Singh Choat

Alamjit Singh Choat is a data engineer at SpaceX since January 2023, having previously served as a software engineering intern at the same company in mid-2022. During the internships, significant contributions included utilizing PowerBi for data analysis of purchase orders and implementing data structures for geographic querying of fiber optic routes. Alamjit led the driverless team at UWashington Formula Motorsports from January 2022 to June 2023, guiding a multidisciplinary team in the development of an autonomous Formula 1 car, focusing on advanced technologies such as computer vision and path-planning. Prior to this role, experience as a front-end web developer at employHER included collaboration on website feature enhancements. Alamjit holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science from the University of Washington, earned in June 2023.
