Elizabeth Weidl

Elizabeth Weidl is an experienced professional in the aerospace engineering field, currently serving as a Regulatory Affairs Engineer at SpaceX since July 2024. Prior experience includes roles as a Supplemental Instruction Lead Peer Mentor and Engineering Lead Peer Tutor at Auburn University from August 2021 to August 2024, and participation as a Cupola Engineering Ambassador from February 2023 to May 2024. Other notable internships include working as a Systems Safety Intern at Gulfstream Aerospace in summer 2023 and as an Engineer Intern at NASA Wallops Flight Facility in 2021 and 2022, where Elizabeth contributed to real-time risk analysis and failure trajectory propagation for launch safety. Elizabeth holds a Bachelor of Engineering degree in Aerospace Engineering from Auburn University, completed in 2024, and graduated from Northwest Guilford High School in June 2020.
