Nicole Spence

Nicole Spence has a diverse background in engineering and technology, with experience in roles spanning from intern positions to Build Reliability Engineer at SpaceX. At Boeing Research & Technology, Nicole performed failure analysis and worked on process design, while at the University of New Mexico Health Sciences Center, the development of a prototype prosthetic hand was achieved. Over the years, Nicole has also contributed to technology consulting projects at Protiviti and conducted research on magnetolectric materials at the University of Southern California. With advanced degrees in Materials Engineering and Chemical Engineering, Nicole has demonstrated expertise in reliability engineering, production process audits, and technology integration within high-volume manufacturing environments.
