Charlotte Cerf has extensive experience in customer success and management across various industries. Currently serving in a Customer Success role at Span since September 2025, Charlotte previously held multiple positions at Lattice from November 2019 to September 2025, ultimately managing $4.5 million in ARR for strategic customers. Prior to Lattice, Charlotte was the Head of Product & Community at Hello Weldon, where responsibilities included launching web-based products and building community support. As Director of Customer Success at Abacus Labs, Charlotte established a customer success team and expanded the customer base significantly. Additional early career roles include Customer Experience at Warby Parker, Pastry Cook at The Meatball Shop, Editorial Assistant at John Wiley and Sons, and Communications Intern at Physicians for Human Rights. Charlotte holds a Bachelor of Arts in Sociology from Wesleyan University.
