Heidi Rudi

Heidi Rudi has a diverse background in human resources, starting their career as an HR Generalist at General Dynamics in 1996. Heidi then worked as a Compensation Analyst at Safeco from 2002 to 2004. Rudi then held the role of Human Resources Manager at Adaptis Inc. from 2004 to 2007, where they managed all HR functions and implemented a corporate-wide compensation strategy. Heidi worked as an HR Contractor at ShareBuilder - ING Direct in 2007, managing the recruitment process and benefit transition activities. Rudi then joined Applied Precision, Inc. (GE Healthcare) as a Human Resources Manager from 2008 to 2013, where they provided excellent customer service and was responsible for full cycle recruiting.
