Andrew Agnew

Andrew Agnew is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in digital technologies, growth strategy, and customer experience. Currently serving as Head of Digital and Future Technologies at Henderson Group since December 2022, Agnew also holds positions as Partner and Head of Growth at Our Carbon, a climate-tech startup focused on carbon accounting and sustainable solutions for UK businesses. Since October 2018, Agnew has co-founded WE RUN BELFAST, a social run club, and has been a Northern Ireland Partner at SPAR International since January 2016. Previous roles include Sales and Marketing Manager - Technology and Head of Customer Experience at Henderson Group, where a robust, customer-centric strategy was implemented for numerous stores. Agnew is a graduate of Queen's University Belfast, holding a Bachelor's degree, and completed secondary education at Friends' School Lisburn, achieving 10 GCSEs and 4 A-Levels.
