Carlos McDaniel has extensive experience in the culinary field, currently serving as the Assistant Kitchen Manager at Spare Time Entertainment Center since March 2019. Prior to this role, Carlos held positions as a cook at The Peddler Steakhouse, where responsibilities included daily operations and catering preparations, and at The Cheesecake Factory, focusing on line setup and food preparation during opening shifts. Carlos also worked as a Sous Chef at Bacon Bros, managing daily and weekly food preparation tasks. Educated at Greenville High, Carlos earned a diploma in 1991.
