Grant Howard

Grant Howard has a diverse work experience spanning several companies and roles. Grant is currently employed at Graphite as a Senior Software Engineer. Previously, they were the Co-Founder & CTO of TherapyDen, leading product development, engineering, and infrastructure. During this time, TherapyDen was acquired by another company. Grant also worked at Foureyes as a Senior Software Engineer, focusing on back-end development for SaaS solutions and email automation platforms in the automotive industry. Before that, they were the Founder/Developer of MTG Cardsmith, which started as an experiment and grew into a project with over 90K registered members and 1.75M+ custom cards before being acquired. Grant also had roles at Adpearance as the Lead Project Developer, where they built web applications using Laravel or Craft CMS, and at CSNW as a Software Engineer, where they worked on an internal ERP software platform and managed PHP programming for the e-commerce site. Grant started their career at CARFAX as a Java Developer and also worked at Shelter Insurance as a Programmer. Additionally, Grant worked as a Multimedia Designer at the Center for Information Technology in Education while attending university and had a summer internship at Cerner.

Grant Howard received their Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in IDM-CS from Northwest Missouri State University, where they studied from 2002 to 2006. In addition to their degree, Grant has obtained the AWS Certified Cloud Practitioner (CLF) certification from Amazon Web Services in May 2018.
