Norma M. Garcia

Norma M. Garcia has over 25 years of work experience. Norma M. began their career in 1995 as an Associate Account Manager and Health Plan Representative at Kaiser Permanente. In 2004, they moved to UnitedHealth Group as a Sales Representative. Three years later, they joined Health Net as a Territory Sales Manager. In 2016, they took on the role of Broker Account Executive at SCAN Health Plan. Most recently, in 2022, they began working as a Strategic Growth Manager at Spark Advisors.
