Charlotte Swan

Charlotte Swan is a legal professional with over 25 years of experience in various roles within notable companies in the telecommunications sector. Currently, at Spark New Zealand since May 2011, Charlotte serves as a Legal Business Partner and Chapter Lead for Agile Coaches, facilitating agile transformation across the organization. Previous roles include Assistant General Counsel, where Charlotte managed high-profile commercial contracts and disputes, as well as Senior Counsel positions at O2 (Telefónica UK) and Tarlo Lyons. Charlotte started a legal career as a Solicitor at Simpson Grierson.
