Helen Yuan

Helen Yuan is Spark Power’s Vice President, Finance with almost 18 years of experience across various industries. She is responsible for building and overseeing the finance team over financial accounting and reporting, developing and improving internal control systems, cash flow management, financial planning and analysis, and supporting decisions to help drive business performance.

She is responsible for building and overseeing finance teams over financial accounting and reporting, developing and improving internal control system, cash flow management, financial planning and analysis, and decision support to help drive the business performance.

She also has more than 10 years of auditing and financial reporting experience under International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS) and U.S. Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP) requirements while working for Ernst & Young and Husky Injection Molding Systems, respectively.

Helen earned her MBA in Accounting from the University of Toronto’s Rotman School of Management in 2005.
