Mary Wallace Jaensch

Mary Wallace Jaensch is an experienced entrepreneur and business leader, currently serving as the Founder and Chief Design Officer of MaryWallaceJaensch since March 2014, where the focus is on empowering women to leverage their passions and skills to create innovative career paths. As a Partner at Social Venture Partners since March 2020, Mary collaborates with organizations in Connecticut to address the Opportunity Gap by supporting initiatives that provide educational and work opportunities for disadvantaged families. With a background in strategic innovation as Co-Founder of SPARK Solutions for Growth since February 1998, Mary has also held leadership positions, including CEO and Board Director at Semprae Laboratories, where efforts were directed towards women's sexual health and well-being. Mary began their career at Procter & Gamble, where the role culminated in Marketing Director for Olay. Mary holds an MBA in Marketing from Yale School of Management and a BA in Political Science from Mount Holyoke College.
