Aurora P. has over six years of work experience. Aurora started their career as a Seller at Papelería Venecia in 2015 and worked there until 2016. In 2016, they became a Receptionist at Laboratorio de cómputo - Facultad de Ciencias Administrativas and stayed in that role until 2017. In 2017, Aurora joined SPARK Technologies as a Human Resources Assistant and later became a Human Talent Manager. Currently, they serve as the Director of Talent Management at SPARK Technologies, where they have been since 2022. In their current role, Aurora is responsible for planning, directing, and managing all human resource initiatives, such as recruitment, compensation, benefits, training, and employee relations. Aurora also contributes insights and recommendations to the development of the organization's strategies.
From 2014 to 2018, Aurora P. attended the Universidad Autónoma de Baja California, where they pursued a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) degree. Their area of focus was in Business Administration and Management, with a general understanding of the field.
