Jennifer Fitzgerald

Jennifer Fitzgerald is a seasoned legal professional with extensive experience in corporate compliance. Currently serving as the Associate Head of Corporate Compliance at Spark Therapeutics, Inc. since February 2022, Jennifer previously held the position of Senior Corporate Compliance Counsel at the same company. Prior to joining Spark Therapeutics, Jennifer was Compliance Counsel at Bentley Systems and worked as a Senior Attorney at Pepper Hamilton LLP. Earlier in their career, Jennifer gained valuable experience as an Associate at Dechert LLP and as a law clerk for both the United States Court of Appeals for the Third Circuit and the United States District Court for the Eastern District of Pennsylvania. Jennifer holds a Doctor of Law (JD) from the University of Pennsylvania Carey Law School and a Bachelor's degree in Economics from the University of Notre Dame.
