Oliver Konarkowski

Oliver Konarkowski has a diverse work experience spanning over several companies. Oliver began their career in 1992 as an Inside Sales Representative at Ciba Corning Diagnostics. Oliver then joined Pfizer in 1995 and held various roles including Territory Representative, Rheumatology Specialty Representative, District Manager, Assoc Dir Management Development, and Director of Management Training. In 2012, they moved to Shire where they worked in roles such as Associate Director Field Leadership Training, Global Commercial Training & Leadership Development Lead, Head of Commercial Leadership Development, Head of Organizational Dev & Functional Support, Head of Functional Partnerships, and Head of Organizational Effectiveness. Konarkowski then joined Merck in 2017 as the Director Global Learning & Development for MRL. Currently, they hold the position of VP - Head of Talent Development & Organizational Effectiveness at Spark Therapeutics, Inc.

Oliver Konarkowski earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Chemistry and Economics from Northeastern University, completing their education from 1987 to 1992.
