Richa Kalra

Richa Kalra is an experienced HR professional with a focus on diversity, equity, and inclusion (DE&I). Currently serving as the HR Project Leader for People+Culture at Spark Therapeutics, Richa has previously held roles such as HR Project Manager for DE&I at American Express and HR Project Manager and Diversity Consultant at the American Red Cross. Additionally, Richa worked as a Global HR Business Partner and DEI Champion at HCL America, Inc. Richa holds a Master's degree in Industrial and Organizational Psychology from Annamalai University and has further specialized in diversity, equity, and inclusion through a program at Rice University.
