Steve Marr

Steve Marr has extensive work experience in various leadership roles. Steve most recently served as the Vice President Head of Real Estate, Corporate Services, and Capital Programs at Spark Therapeutics. Before that, they were the Vice President of US/EU/ROW Capital Projects at WuXi Biologics. In 2019, they held the position of Vice President Global Engineering (Interim) at Takeda. Prior to that, they worked at Shire as the Vice President Head of Capital, where they were responsible for developing and executing the company's 5-year capital plan. Steve also served as the Site Director and Head of Project Delivery at Shire, overseeing the delivery of a new Pharmaceutical facility. Steve has also held leadership positions at Westinghouse Electric Company and AREVA NP, where they managed large-scale projects in the nuclear industry. Steve began their career in the US Navy, where they held various roles and achieved the rank of CAPT (Captain).

Steve Marr attended the United States Naval Academy, where they obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Ocean Engineering.
