Tracy Lisi has over 20 years of experience in the pharmaceutical industry. Tracy began their career as a Speech-Language Pathologist at Moss Rehab Hospital before transitioning into clinical research. Tracy has worked at several major pharmaceutical companies, including Pfizer, AstraZeneca, Merck, and Spark Therapeutics. Throughout their career, they have held various roles such as Clinical Project Manager, Study Manager, and Director of Study Management. Tracy is experienced in overseeing clinical trials, managing project teams, and ensuring compliance with regulations. Tracy is known for their expertise in study management processes, CRO/Vendor management, and talent development. Tracy is currently serving as a Clinical Operations Asset Lead at Spark Therapeutics, where they are responsible for overall program/asset management and strategic planning.

Tracy Lisi holds a Master's degree in Health/Health Care Administration/Management from Saint Joseph's University.
