Wendy Kouba

Wendy Kouba has extensive work experience in corporate communications and brand management. Wendy is currently a Senior Director & Communications Business Partner at Spark Therapeutics, Inc. In their previous role at Teva Pharmaceuticals, they served as Vice President of Corporate Communications & Brand for Teva Global Operations, overseeing strategic communications, PR, media relations, employee engagement, and brand development. Prior to that, they worked at Merck as an Executive Director of Strategy Realization for Biologics & Vaccines Manufacturing and later as the Head of Learning, Development & Knowledge Management. Wendy also held leadership positions at Wyeth (now Pfizer), Johnson & Johnson, JPMorgan Chase, and Pharmacia (now Pfizer). Throughout their career, Wendy Kouba has demonstrated expertise in driving brand connection, culture change, reputation management, and employee engagement.

Wendy Kouba has completed an Executive Development Program at The Wharton School. Wendy also holds a B.A. in Journalism and Psychology from the University of Massachusetts Amherst. Moreover, they have obtained Green & Black Belts in Lean/Six Sigma from Villanova; Rath & Strong. Additionally, they attended the Organization Development Academy: Peak Performance at Villanova University. Wendy has also been a frequent guest lecturer at the University of Virginia Darden School of Business.
