Xuguang Chen Ph.d

Xuguang Chen Ph.D, PMP has a strong background in chemical and biomolecular engineering. Xuguang currently holds a position as the Cell Culture PD Upstream Lead/Manager at Spark Therapeutics, Inc. where Xuguang led the team in developing an integrated suspension culture platform for gene therapy pipelines. Prior to this, Xuguang worked as a Scientist at Salubris Biotherapeutics, contributing to the successful delivery of an IND application CMC package. During their time at Rutgers University as a Postdoctoral Associate, Xuguang specialized in upstream process development and plasmid construction. Additionally, Xuguang holds a Master of Business Administration from Columbia Business School.
