Evyatar Sharabi

Evyatar Sharabi has over 20 years of work experience across various industries. Evyatar has worked as an Algorithm Engineer, most recently with SparkBeyond since 2022. Prior to that, they worked at Taboola as an Algorithm Engineer for four years, where they improved existing tree-based models for FR and ecpm prediction, and replaced them with Deep Learning models. Evyatar also worked as a Senior Software Engineer at Thomson Reuters for three years, where they implemented a new ML platform, created models, analyzed data sets and improved results through DIY text categorization projects. Further, they were a Data and Algorithms Team Leader at Babylon for five years, where they wrote an Autocomplete Server, implemented language detection algorithms, and worked on query classification. Evyatar began their career as a Software Engineer at Tecnomatix.

Evyatar Sharabi received a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science and Economics from Bar-Ilan University, which they attended from 1996 to 1999. Later, from 2000 to 2002, they completed a Master of Science degree in Computer Science from the same university.
