Kaisa Butcher has extensive experience in HR and people operations, with roles at various companies. Kaisa worked as a Human Resources Specialist at Siemens Digital Industries Software from 2021 to 2022. Prior to that, they were an HR Generalist/Operations Assistant at Cat Adoption Team from 2017 to 2021. Kaisa also has experience as a Co-Owner at Lionheart Coffee Company from 2014 to 2016. Currently, they serve as the People Care Manager at Sparkbox, transitioning to the Director of People Operations in 2024.
