Alicia Hanson

Alicia Hanson currently serves as Senior Vice President of Revenue Cycle Strategy & Growth at SparkChange, a position held since January 2024. Alicia is also the Founder and CEO of BSRH Consulting, established in 2012. Previously, Alicia held various senior leadership roles, including SVP of Business Development & Channel Partners at TractManager, Inc., where efforts focused on revenue growth and client retention, and SVP of Business Development at Recondo Technology, successfully selling software services within the healthcare sector. Additional experience includes leadership positions at MedAssets, where Alicia launched a new B2B business, and Cerner Corporation, contributing to the introduction of revenue cycle offerings. Alicia holds a Bachelor of Arts in Business Administration from St. Ambrose University.
